Online fraud and phishing attempts are becoming increasingly sophisticated. Fraudsters may use emails, SMS messages, phone calls, or other communication channels that appear to come from trusted organizations, with the aim of obtaining personal or financial information or requesting unauthorized payments.
As a valued Alliance Insurance policyholder, we would like to remind you how we communicate with you and highlight a few important precautions to help protect you from fraudulent activity.
Please keep the following security practices in mind:

Verify the Sender
Always check the sender's email address carefully. Official communications regarding your policy will only come from an authorized [@alliance-uae.com] email address.

Beware of Urgent Requests
Be highly suspicious of unsolicited communications claiming there is an "urgent issue" with your policy, a sudden lapse in coverage, or a demand for immediate payment.

Protect Your Information
We will never ask you to provide passwords, credit card numbers, or bank account details via email or unsolicited text messages.

Do Not Click Suspicious Links
Avoid clicking on links or downloading attachments from unknown or unexpected sources, even if they reference your physical address or basic contact details.

Monitor your identity
If you notice any unusual use of your identity, report it to the police and, if your passport is still valid, to the authority that issued it.

في حال ملاحظة أي استخدام غير معتاد لبيانات هويتك، يُرجى إبلاغ الشرطة المختصة. كما يُرجى إخطار الجهة المُصدِرة لجواز سفرك إذا كان لا يزال ساري المفعول.
